Kinderhook Bank offers residential loans for one- to four-family, owner-occcupied properties. These loans range from the standard fixed-rate mortgage to a construction loan disbursed in advances. Kinderhook Bank offers the following options:
- Conventional Fixed-Rate Mortgages
Up to ninety-five percent of the purchase price of a home may be financed for up to thirty- year terms with Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI). With a fixed-rate mortgage, your principal and interest payment remains the same throughout the life of the loan.
- Adjustable Rate Mortgages
Up to ninety-five percent of the purchase price of a home may be financed for up to 30 year terms with PMI. Adjustment frequencies range from annually to every 7 years and are based upon the US Treasury Maturities plus a margin.
- Construction to Permanent Mortgages
Up to 95% of the construction costs, including the land value may be financed for up to a 30 year term with Private Mortgage Insurance. Both Fixed and Adjustable Rate Construction to Permanent Mortgages are available.
- Land Loans
Both Fixed and Variable Rate Land Mortgages are available through National Union Bank. 65% of the purchase price may be financed on a 3 year Balloon Mortgage with a maximum amortization term of 20 years.
- Home Equity Loan Programs
Credit approved borrowers are eligible to borrow against the equity built up in their home. Kinderhook Bank offers the following options:
