FULL TIME ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER - GREENPORT
We are a growing, community Bank seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to work in our Greenport branch. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in all phases of branch operations. The successful candidate will assume responsibility in the absence of the Branch Manager; Establish and maintain customer relationships; Provide information about and sell loan, deposit, and other bank products/services to customers and prospective customers. When necessary, the candidate will assist with day-to-day branch operations; Represent the Bank in the community, and develop and promote additional business. The candidate must maintain prescribed security controls to protect the facility against criminal and fraudulent operations and unnecessary risk or exposure.
Job Requirements: Must have a high-school diploma or GED. Two years banking and customer service experience required. A commitment to superior customer service. Must have a friendly, courteous disposition and good communication skills; Attention to detail; Knowledge of personal computers. Having a Notary Public license is preferred. This position involves Saturday work.

FULL TIME TELLER POSITIONS
Position Description: A Teller receives and pays out money, maintains accurate records of all transactions, cashes checks within assigned limits, accepts savings deposits and withdrawals, verifies signatures, posts interest, and balances as required, accepts loan, credit card, and other payments, issues money orders and redeems savings bonds. The Teller will prepare daily settlements of teller cash and transactions, promote the company’s services, answer questions, and direct customers to appropriate department for specialized services.
The successful candidate must maintain a high level of standards of ethics and behavior in corporate and personal dealings, as well as, in accordance with the Bank’s policy on ethics. Must have a high-school diploma or GED, and a commitment to superior customer service, a friendly, courteous disposition and good communication skills. Good attention to detail, experience with cash handling and sales preferred, and knowledge of personal computers. Saturday hours are a must.
