Banking Center Manager – Latham Branch

Candidate will oversee the operation of a branch office and will have the direct responsibility of the development of branch staff, supporting sales goals, and actively participating in the selling and delivery of all financial services provided by the Bank. Must be able to exercise administrative control over the functions of the office, including implementation of bank policy and be competent in small business lending with an understanding of credit structure loans. Required to represent the bank at community functions.

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills who will interact with our customers in a friendly and professional manner.   A High School diploma or GED is required with two years prior banking experience.  Notary Public License and supervisory/leadership training is preferred. Candidate must have a friendly, courteous disposition and good communication skills. Individual must be adept at paying attention to detail and organization. Only individuals meeting all position requirements will be considered qualified candidates. Credit and background searches will be conducted on all individuals considered for employment.



Responsible for a variety of duties relating to the opening and processing of new accounts of all types; cross-selling of all institution services to customers and prospective customers; preparing and maintaining various reports and records; may take loan applications as trained and directed; researches and resolves problems and responds to customer inquiries on account status; stays informed of bank services or procedures; may be assigned special tasks; may provide leadership to personnel as directed.

Must have a high-school diploma or GED. Two years banking experience required. A commitment to superior customer service. Must have friendly, courteous disposition and good communication skills and attention to detail. Experience with cash handling and sales and an above-average cash balancing record.  Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated leadership abilities (problem solving, judgment, organizational and ability to motivate). Knowledge of personal computers. Notary Public license preferred. Must be available to work on Saturdays when necessary.


A Teller receives and pays out money, and maintains accurate records of all transactions, cashes checks within assigned limits, accepts savings deposits and withdrawals, verifies signatures, posts interest, and balances as required, accepts loan, credit card, and other payments, issues money orders and redeems savings bonds. The Teller will prepare daily settlements of teller cash and transactions, promote the company’s services, answer questions, and direct customers to appropriate department for specialized services. .The candidate must maintain a high level of standards of ethics and behavior in corporate and personal dealings, as well as, in accordance with the Bank’s policy on ethics.

Candidate must have a high-school diploma or GED, and a commitment to superior customer service. Must have a friendly, courteous disposition and good communication skills.  Attention to detail. Experience with cash handling and sales preferred. Knowledge of personal computers.  Saturday hours are a must.
