Telephone Receptionist

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills who will interact with our customers in a friendly and professional manner.

The successful candidate will answer all incoming telephone calls and transfer them to appropriate personnel or department within the bank branch system.  He/she will receive and answer basic customer inquiries.  He/she will be responsible for sorting all outgoing Bank mail on a daily basis and performing clerical duties, for example, customer mailings and typing memos.  The candidate must complete all required compliance training and perform all other duties as assigned.

A High School diploma or GED is required. Prior customer service experience is preferred. The candidate must have a friendly, courteous disposition and good communication skills. The individual must be adept at paying attention to detail and organization. Only individuals meeting all position requirements will be considered qualified candidates.

FULL TIME TELLER POSITIONS

Position Description:  A Teller receives and pays out money, maintains accurate records of all transactions, cashes checks within assigned limits, accepts savings deposits and withdrawals, verifies signatures, posts interest, and balances as required, accepts loan, credit card, and other payments, issues money orders and redeems savings bonds. The Teller will prepare daily settlements of teller cash and transactions, promote the company’s services, answer questions, and direct customers to appropriate department for specialized services.

The successful candidate must maintain a high level of standards of ethics and behavior in corporate and personal dealings, as well as, in accordance with the Bank’s policy on ethics.  Must have a high-school diploma or GED, and a commitment to superior customer service, a friendly, courteous disposition and good communication skills.  Good attention to detail, experience with cash handling and sales preferred, and knowledge of personal computers.  Saturday hours are a must.
